DINNER: A LOVE STORY

A definite favorite!  Part cook book, part entertaining read, this is a fun, realistic look at how family dinners evolve after kids, complete with some excellent family recipes.

FRENCH KIDS EAT EVERYTHING

An entertaining read for anyone feeding children on a daily basis.  Gives a lot of great advice on how to help picky eaters try (and learn to love) new foods.  See our full review here.

REAL FOOD: WHAT TO EAT AND WHY

This is the book that changed the way I eat and look at food.  I read it in 2013 and the "real food" movement has really kicked in full force since then.  If you still struggle with worrying about "dieting" give this book a read.  I immediately switched to whole milk and real butter and have never looked back.  Use these principals to feed yourself and your family and you'll all be healthier and happier for it!

SECRETS OF FEEDING A HEALTHY FAMILY

Originally published in 1999, we can't say we agree with some of her nutritional advice as we've come along way since then (she is very lax on sugar and processed ingredients), however her advice on how to serve food without getting trapped in power struggles with kids is worth the read.   Also includes a lot of great advice on establishing a healthy relationship to food for those parents that might have some food issues of their own.
